Just downloaded Peter-Pan image with Snakehand's streamts fix & Web-xTV works with far fewer glitches (almost completely clean) than other images I've tried - makes watching TV on PC now possible with 500 box.
I tried a recording, although it views perfectly, running it through MPeg2Repair shows errors:
File Size Processed: 294.79 MB, Play Time: 00h:09m:12s
720 x 576, 25.00 fps, 15.00 Mbps (3.92 Mbps Average).
Average Video Quality: 19.22 KB/Frame, 0.38 Bits/Pixel.
MPEG Audio.
40 of 13760 video frames found with errors.
0 of 0 audio frames found with errors.
336815 corrupted video bytes in file.
This is definitely an improvement. Now if recording could be targeted, I believe we would have a better STB in the 500
