Freezing

Hi Guys,
I experience a lot of freezing with the clines that I have. The server provider states that there is no issue his end. My broadband cable goes to a splitter box so that it feeds to my computer and a cable goes to where I used to have a cable tv box. Do you guys think that my signal could be improved by just having a single line to my computer?

would inprove signal going to modem but this aint the problem unless the modem is dropping out altogether

Have you tested your 'Ping' rating while you experience the so called Freezing as with anything its not the speed of the broadband its the Quality any Ping over 70ms will cause problems

can to many people useing 1 cline make it freeze?

maybe if u can PING under 50ms no freeze,,,
