If you ftp in to your box and navigate to media/usb
Youll find the backup in the to ftp back to your PC.
Using filezilla, you can drag and drop. Alternatively, double clicking it sends it to the selected folder on bottom window of left side of filezilla.

some images only do a folder backup .. if u only have an image in your download folder then its ok drag it to your desktop
I presume you can ftp in to send your cfgs in ? So its just the same but navigate to media/usb just drag the backup folder file in whatever FTP prog you use to the window in it showing your PC

Rite installed tspanel and used option to make backup to USB copied it to my desktop and it says its nfi file can this now be flashed with web browser or do I have to install tspanel on other 800 and install through that

The nfi file is the standard format for browser flashing so yes you can flash by browser.
