dm 800 se clone network problem

i have problem with connecting over the network to my dm 800 se clone, when i try to connect to the ip adress in the display nothing happens.

you do not connect to an ip address,you need to connect box to a router or what ever wifi you are trying to connect to.
go into network settings and scan for wireless networks choose the one you want to connect too put in the network password and off you go.

Id reboot your router and dreambox the check the IP under Menu-setup-system-network and use that in your FTP program.

i see the dreambox in my router and its the same as the one in the display but i cant connect

it doesnt matter if i use tho power button or the flash button on the back i get the same result

So your trying to flash it ? Does the ip it gives you make sense ?

Try another browser.

yes im trying the flash it, when i got it it had a bad image so i wanted to put in a openpli 4.0 but i couldnt get the network to work so i used a flash drive with the image file and used the flash meny in that image.
it seemed to install ok but when it booting after installation it got stuck and displayed *stop* and the same ip that before

you need to put that ip in web browser and you will get a flash page

Would be nice if a near decent explanation to start with was given...

im trying but it want connect, very strange i have never experienced this problem before

sorry for the delay in this matter but i have been away over the weekend, but yes i did solve it last night using a crossed tp cable and a new bootloader and after that it worked perfect.
it can still be somthing with my router that migth need to be replaced, it have had some strange behavior some time and shown some issues

you can set an static IP minor of 100 ed set th dhcp of router major of 100. The conflict are resolved
