hi , you need too contact skrill ! i went too skrill and demand a full refund and stated i have been too my bank i was refunded on friday , and funny enough once he had a message from skrill telling him they where retracting the payment he contacted me saying he can have it with me by 1pm the next day , i replied if you don't reply too customers about there orders , what chance would i have with my warranty and then said i wanted too be fully refunded , he didnt not reply and i was very soon after refunded ,

I have had 3 boxes from UKdreamshop and various other parts etc for boxes.Every transaction had been perfect until the last.
I had never had any problems in the past every order arriving the next day so had no reason not to use him again so I purchased a vu uno and waited and waited for the box to arrive but nothing did.after a week or so I contacted him only to find there never was a vu+uno in stock
and was given a credit which i then had to use so i got a vu duo clone instead.When the box arrived one of the tuners did not work any way after spending days trying to sort it i finally got a reply to return the box..I explained that i did not want to return it for a store credit i wanted a full refund as i had had enough and by this time wanted to strangle someone.Anyway the box was sent back via special delivery so i knew he had got it.
This is where the fun began..I was contacting him everyday asking where my refund was as i knew he had the box but again no reply to any emails i sent.
At this point i was rather mad and started to do a bit of digging and called a few old buddies of mine and i got his home address and phone number.
After announcing to him his full name and address and having organized a trip to see him with a few friends of mine to collect the money he owed me Only now did i start to get some response from the guy.
I have to say the guy was most apologetic for everything and explained his situation,he had been again snowed under and that he worked full time etc etc.Still no excuse for crap communication...
I chatted to him for quite a while and even after all the hassle i had and the anger i felt for UKdreamshop i truly believe he was a good honest guy who is just crap at admin and needed to pull his socks up.
I did indeed receive my full refund the very next day.All in all i believe the guy is honest and straight up and in no way out to rip anyone off he is just absolutely incredibly poor at the admin side of things,if you have a order you have not received or waiting for a reply to something you will get sorted out eventually he has never took money for nothing...I reckon his best bet is to get an assistant.

P.S please dont ask for any details regarding to ukdreamshop as i no longer have them.

Taking money when no stock?
Only refunds when address is revealed.

The guy is a fraud. Did a debit card charge back a couple of days ago and got my money back today. I believe if you used a creditcard. You can call the bank for a section 75 refund. This dealer has no excuses nor should anyone defend him. If the guy was able to provide a decent service before how can his admin side demninish overnight. His clearly trying to take money form vulnerable people. People who don't know how to dispute or worried that if they was to dispute they could get in trouble for buying it. Its a easy source of money for him without doing nothing.

I have also been caught by him ( he was recommended by a friend ) skrill don't seem much better , they do not reply to emails either so now I have got my credit card company involved

I have the same problem - I ordered some kit before Xmas and was advised of delays due to Xmas and customs - but still not recieved anything or had any response to contact emails.If anybody has any contact details it would be appreciated.

Hi you need to phone Skrill - dont email them, you will then get your money back, thats what I done

I've been dealing with this guy for 18 months - he has always been pretty good up til now!
I made the mistake of paying him by bank transfer, so I am trying to track him down.
I've sent several messages to his contact email - and received a reply saying the email has been sent correctly - but never had a response!
Does anybody have an address and phone number for him?
