Help with Dflash

Hi Guys

Having problems making backup image of DM800SE. I have tried about 10 different versions of Dflash from version 9 through to 12 and the image keeps coming up as 184kb. I am trying to put this onto an internal hard drive in DM. Any help would be much appreciated.

later versions are doing this for some reason
dflash_12.2.7 seems to work for some

although I went to do a backup last week and I couldn't get any version to work not even older versions :err:

I was having trouble with all versions I tried, and I tried about half a Dozen lol I was using gjstrooms build

Was going to have another go this weekend but just didn't find the time

You may fair better using sim-backup_1.4.tar.gz

Not if you put Enigma to sleep first and use it by telnet.

Some edits will have to be made if storage device is different to what is in the script. Only issue I found is that OpenATV images on the DM800 show as OpenPLi in the created file name. Flashes back fine.

like yourself names the backup wrongly but it does work

For those having issues with dflash and a small backips ive found this can be linked to the automount feature in openpli.

My advice is to download device manager from the plugin feed mount you usb stick with device manager and then try backup again.

Worked for me when ive ran in to this very problem.

didnt know device manager worked on pli 4

will need to try it although i dont have an issue with dflash

Yeah it states its OpenPli3 does the device manager download but it work fine in openpli4

Installed dflash 12.2.7 worked on one of my boxes will try the other one tomorrow.

I had the same problem until that uses version 0.98 of dflash, this version perfect
