DM 500s -Help please

Hi All,

Newbie here, I've connected my dm500s clone to my sly dish running gemini 4.6 image and scanned astra/eurobird 28.2 east for the fta channels. problem is i am able to watch some channels eg cbs reality but not the usual 1 to 5(bbc,itv,ch5). On these channels iget the message - no service data available.Please can any one point me in the right direction please ?

re-scan and uncheck free only box
if this doesnt do anything, try manually entering transponder details for rhe missing channels

I had the same issue with my dm500 and it turned out i was using the wrong satellite.

I have not got the details but check carefully there will be another satellite like astra 1/astra 2/eurobird on 28.2 change to it and it should be fine.

After the post above it is def this: Astra 2A / Astra 2B / Astra 2D / Eurobird 1 (28.2°E) select that.

Hi All,

Its me again. I am trying to set up a cccam and I am stuck. I've used dcc to connect my router computer and dream box. I have telnet connected, ftp connected and dreambox dm500 detected. It then goes on to stay bootmanager not found and I cant use the blue button to get to add ons. Help needed please and oh I'm using gemini 4.6
