thanks for this. My solo 2 had a lonrisun sticker of the chip before i bricked and i replace the chip. So would this image work for me?

This has been reported by other users as okay but i do not know mate as i have not tested it..
if its not correct it will just not flash etc it is a clone safe image so should not brick box.

Hi, the previous safe images are still fine and working on my box i have a solo2 mini with sticker at back v2 and its by lorisun, im using openVIX Apollo 019 only for V3 Clones which uses drivers from VU+ and X Website

anyone confirm if this does work on a v2 solo2 lonrisun thats had a chip replacement,as i see the other v2 solo2 images have been removed by the uploader

No use Only Sunray images for your box..available from downloads.

It will work only on ferrari chip or on the blue x as well ?

I've a solo2 that avoided the bomb due to lack of use at the time.
However, now I am planning on using it more.
It is a Lorisun, bought about 14-16 months back.
I'm looking for a fairly up to date image, but i'm worried I might brick it!!
I was wondering, do I have to update the chip before I flash it with an image from either here or Vu X site that is recent.
Any advice would be welcome.

Hi mate you can try the updates..If they are not correct they won't damage box..problem is to run upto date images you will need the updates to be done..
There are a few clone safe images here and on that site you mentioned.
When I did those updates I found it worked better running a Vix 802ish age image first
As I remember those on BH had problems carrying out FW etc updates.
