Nice work
But the actual size of the boot screen should be exactly 720x576... not 800x600

If you make it exactly to the above size then it'll be encoded exactly right (make sure you say "dont paint a border around the logo")

Hi mate,

I know the image is not 800x600 but it is hard to find the exact size image pn the net so I was giving the sample of a larger image as almost being perfect as then there would be no quality loss when it is resized. Thanks for the info anyway.

havent read the tut yet but is it just the boot logo or is there any info on it for the radio mode picture, been trying to get some info on this for some time tried several sites used logo viewer ect, but no luck only get one file it needs two (pal & raw) i maybe missing somthing thats why a tut would be helpfull ! to me anyway

Hi mate,

I never use the radio so I'm not sure. It sounds like it is the same as changing the shutdown logo so you might want to try and find a guide for that. But I will have a look and if I find anything I will get back to you.

thanks for the quick reply will have a go at the shutdown logo and if need be will keep searching. I have got several radiomode pics but wanted to make a union jack or something for the uk dbox users. let you know how i get on ,
