went out in the car today took the miss for a few hour but went tesco a bit later and on the way back i went over some black ice, the wheels started to spin like crazy, lost control of the car but did get control straight away. hate the stuff!!

Tell you another crazy one, freezing fog. I remember about 25 year ago, me and a work mate were driving back from Lincoln in the night, we're on the motorway doing about 70 and a sort of mist was forming on the window, my mate turns on the windscreen wiper and as it swipes across, it all turns to ice and we can't see a fcuking thing. How the hell he managed to get into the hard shoulder without crashing i'll never know.

Yeah, horrible feeling. Havent ridden motorbikes in 20 years, but skidding on black ice in a car reminds me of that sinking sensation you get when you feel the arse end of the bike going out. Nothing you can do just hope for the best!
