mk7 fiesta cig lighter fuse?

Got a couresty car for 2 weeks whilst my mk1 golf is in for repair, miss my golf really do.
Anyways noticed the day after the guy dropped off car 2 tyres have slow puncture and i defo not telling them as they might try the old your responcible tricks crap and i ain't, just like the cleaning charge they give you if car dirty, considering there was a 7up bottle under seat when i got it lol, prooves a point scamming gits
so i just want to pump them up as they are very slow punctures but the god damn cig lighter socket ain't working, so i assume they either disconnected plug from socket or elsewhere or fuse.
Can someone tell me how to get behind the socket which is located behind gear stick and apart from fuse box in engine bay is their another one located elsewhere.
Plus i need socket for sat nav, silly idea for them to disconnect, well understand as no smoking promotion but lighters were invented weren't they lol.

There might be another fuse box around knee level next to the either door. If not then check the owners manual which should have been supplied.

No manual provided.
I will check the sides of dash tomorrow as the vw's have fusebox their, with this being a ford you never know may be in same place unless they like playing hide and seek lol.
