Hi all.

I recently bought a Merc C-class 03 model and i can not see how i can fold the wing mirrors in. I have tried pushing them but they won't fold.

Does anyone know how you can get them to fold in?

Thanks in advance.

not all come with folding mirrors m8...

on the thing where the mirror controls are located, you'll have one for the right and one for the left.. those are only for adjusting the mirrors.. above them, should ur car have folding mirrors, there should be another 2 buttons, one for opening and one for folding...

hope this helps...

me fella has just got rid of his A class and bought a brand new B class, on both of those cars they folded them selfs in when u locked the car with the key tag, i thought all mercs of late did this, perhaps u may have a fault then....i know diddley shit about cars, it's just a thought.

although i think smirnoff is the man for cars !!

I've got an 04 C-Class pokey, and I've never been able to fold them in.

This is right, they are an option but if you do have them the 'auto' option may be disabled in the Command menu (steering wheel buttons/settings).

It is this option which enables auto folding when you lock the car and extend the mirrors when you open a front door.

As has already said you should also have a manual button as well, if this is present I suspect a fault as I am pretty sure the facia buttons are not fitted if the mirrors are not also fitted.

on a 2001 C220 CDI, the mirrors are folded in by using a button.
Far right on the dash, where my mirror adjustment controls are, there are 4 buttons. The first 2 select left and right for adjustment, the second 2 are fold in and fold out.
