Problems with cloud ibox 2

Hi not sure if this is allowed.
If it isn't, then I apologise.

I am trying to get some channels working but they are just not working.
They work and then they randomly turn off, I tried a different box and that is working fine!

Can anyone help?!
FEEL like banging my head!

if your talking about clearing channels by CS 9 times out of 10 its a problem with who your connected to and a subject we dont go into here.

You can resolve all channels with new image for cloud ibox 2

i used to have a dm800 but now its a cloud ibox 2.
first question.
what bouquets do i need for my box ?
is it enigma 2 ?
can i use dreambox edit.
i have no tspanel in the plugins why?

Yes mate enigma2 and you can use DBE to send them in.

You will need to install the tspanel manually.

Its just a plugin and can be installed.
