help with vps

hi i currently have a dreambox 500s with commando image running as server with c lines i get from supplier and reshare
i got 5 family members on server but getting a lot of complaints that there are locking up and glitching

have being told off supplier that i need a v.p.s to stop the glitching but as struggling with locating a setup guide so any help will be appreciated
