how to do upgrade sky box f3

plz help me

download firmware put on usb stick put in box go to menu upgrade firmware by usb.

you can also upgrade firmware via ethernet no usb needed.

so where is the firmware for 28.2

I think you may be a bit confused I will try and explain.The firmware is the software you use to run the skybox f3 and the channel lists are for 28e which basically has a list of channels that has already been checked and categorized(favourites) you can also scan 28e and make your own channel list.hope this helps

Firmware is the software for the box what i think you want is the channel list for the box. The channel list can be found on the internet for free or you can purchase a up to date version. And it is the same way kojidon said you do to update the firmware. Just go to channel list and update from usb. Or you can easily scan for channels but you will get multiple of 1 channel. I.E 7 x sly sports channels
