CD & DVD making not bootable win98 cd bootable

I'm trying to put win98 onto an old p1 but i dont have a floppy and the 98 cd is not a bootable version for some reason, can anyone tell me how to make it bootable. I.e what files are need etc.
 
if you read the first post mate, i dont have a floppy.

He did read the post, "but i dont have a floppy" suggests that you don't have a floppy disc; not a floppy drive.
 
lol....thats how I read it...

If you download the bootfiles anyway, extract them to a folder on your hard, make a bootable CD in nero & point to the folder with the bootfiles in when it prompts you for a boot image. Then you can continue to burn the '98 files to the CD.

i dont have floppy drive but what difference does it make if i dont have a floppy disk or drive?
 
I read it, as I said, that you don't have a floppy disk to boot with, leading from which I assumed you were unsure how to create a boot floopy for 98.
Do you have Nero? You can do the same with ECDC too :)
