    Gym and a Sauna - almost.

    Went to the gym today, did 40 minutes Cardio then some weights, worked up a nice sweat so fancied a shower and a sauna.

    Went to the sauna, opened the door and was instantly assaulted with the smell of SHIT. I tried to ignore it and headed to the changing rooms, but the smell was even worse in there. I tried undressing but the smell and humidity was making me feel sick.

    I walked out, came home and had a shower.

    Maybe tomorrow.
