multi region code for a xoro hsd 202 DVD player NEEDED PLEASE

Evenin all,

I'm looking for a multi-region unlocking code for a xoro hsd 202 DVD player, the only links I've managed to find I have to pay for.

Can anyone PLEASE help me in sourcing a FREE solution??

I DL'd the file posted 2 days ago, but that dosen have the 202 xoro in it but does have the 201, I tried the instructions for the 201 but that didn work.

Any help would be appreciated.

have you tried this:

/ For Xoro HSD 201p / select free region /
--

Open tray
Press "Setup"
Press "Next"
Press "Previous"
Press "Next"
Press "Previous"

After that you can see number of region on bottom right TV coner.
Press right+ or left- key until TV show 255, and then press setup _key , exit the setup Menu.
DVD player will show free region.

When u say press Next and Previous, I presume u mean rewind or forward or the left or right arrow keys, as there is nufink else which corresponds to that.

Well anyway in saying that, I tried both but still no joy.

Any further help would be much appreciated.

maybe

1) open the tray
2) type 31108 on the remote control
3) a region code menu appears
choose your region code from 0 to 9 (using the
remote control)
4) close the tray

or

You can make the player region code free and macrovision free.
- Turn the player ON
- Press EJECT and leave the tray open
- Press 2-8-1-2 on the numberpad on the remote
- The Service menu will come up in the language you have selected in the Standard Setup
- For Region Free set the Region to "9"
- For Macrovision change that Entry from On to "Off"
- Turn the player OFF (Remote)

or

1. press -> TV-mode
2. press -> setup
3. enter -> 987
4. press -> add/clear directly press "0"
for region free or enter your corresponding code no.

I've had a quick look on some sites I know but can't find your model.
The closest is the 201.

Region code hack posted by Andy Cleanheart, March 09 2006:

However, and I'm almost embarrased to ask this, but are you sure that it is not already multi-region. Most of the sites selling it are advertising it on that basis. Worth checking with a region 1 disc if you have one.
