iPhone Iphone 4s unlock?

I have an i-phone 4s that is locked to vodafone and i want to use it with a different provider, is it possible to unlock it to do so, if so how?

you need to ask vodaphone to do it, i had one locked to t-mobile , couldn't get it unlocked at all...

Thought as much tbh. Think I'l stick with vodafone they have the best coverage around here but unfortunately not the best deals..

i paid t mobile 25 quid to unlock,

fookers never done it and i never got a refund..

I unclocked iphone 4s myself, but you need jailbreak it first and then use unlocking software, I think ultrasnow or just google. Just check what modem firmware is in your iphone and if ultrasnow support that..

I just done the os8 update was taking to long so I did hard reboot and it said conect to iTunes then it came up on screen your iphone is now unlocked

if your on a vodafone contract then they usually unlock it for free. i did mine when i was with them a couple of years ago. just phone them.
