iPhone Downloading Apps

When I use Installus to download Apps, a lot of the app downloads need you to enter your phone number before they will allow the downloads, is this normal?

Whats the best site to get the Apps from?

use apptrackr on your pc bud, then move them over to itunes and sync, its the same sorta thing coz its part of installous but its alot easier on the pc, you will need appsync installed from cydia to be able to do this!

Should'a bought a faster, better and less hassle Android.

ive never been asked for my phone number
you sure your using the right download links when your transfered to the file sharing site? ie filedude
there is a lot of advertising when using the non premium downloads, with filedude after entering the 4 digit security check its always the download link with the line under it.
if you go with HOLS idea, which sometimes i do for larger apps like TOMTOM then you will need to use firefox or google chrome as your web browser (its best viewed with these browsers) and goto apptrackr » home
its the exact same site as installous uses.
but instead of itunes i use ifunbox to install or manually transfer the app file to the installous download folder useing iphonebrowser

never had a android phone...but my mrs did, just bought her a iphone 4 and her exact words are "cant believe how much better the iphone is" but still.....each to there own

just want to add to the above
many file sharing sites are shitting there pants right now since the closure of megaupload.
so expect content has been removed or sites to be down..........for the time being
