iPhone contacts!!!

hi all,

ive just boutght the iphone 3gs an ive plugged into my comp to unlock it (auto wid itunes ect) now as far as I NO everything is workin fine apart from
none of my numbers from my sim have been transferd to the phone, ino all contacts are on my sim (tried sim in 3 diff phones, an all say copy sim contacts (or someting along them lines)) can any1 tell me on how to recall all my contacts on the iphone??

p.s also a tutorial on jailbreaking the iphone if possible or point me in the right direction to get a tut

Goto to settings/mail,contacts,calenders/ and scroll down and there should be a "import sim contacts" button

Follow this tut from iclarified. It will give you the options for jailbreak.)

what version is ur iphone running

if on 4.0.2 no JB soloution yet im afaraid

phone is running on

vers 4.0

modem firmware 05.13.04

in that case on safari while conected via wifi goto jailbreakme.com
slide the start the bit at the bottem and alow it to do its business..

3 mins later your all jailbroken

once done load up cydia and save ur shsh blobs and then your safe for future updates that may block JB.

also in cydia search for the pdf fix to patch the pdf vunerability that was patched in the 4.0.2 update.
