iPhone late idiot mistake, anyone help

hiya, i was transfering sum stuff to my iphone using itunes and saw my yahoo contacts wasnt ticked for syncing so i ticked it thinking it synced the contacts with my yahoo email account on my iphone cause when im using yahoo on iphone wen ever i went to send an email it would go to my phone contacts whcih most have just got my friends numbers so i had to type the email address in yahoo manually if i could remember if not i **** send the email which was most cases, anyway i dont realise that syncing my yahoo contacts in itunes replaced all my contacts with these ones, so now all my original contacts have gone all phone numbers etc and i now have my yahoo address book in there instead, is there anything i can do to retrieve my contacts or is that it they have gone ?

Did u ever do a contact backup with provider???02 vodafone or whoever
there is a tut on here re: recovering lost data from sim card, try the search tab, i'm not near pc atm to do it....
Have u checked your sim in another fone to see if they are deleted
have u tried to sync sim contacts again

restore your phone with your last backup.. itunes normally backups your phone everytime you sync it...

this time uncheck the yahoo box

i dont back anything up with the provider i dint actually no you could so might do that when im sorted this time, ive dloaded a program called recover4all thats scans iphone hdrive but can tek upto 3 hours so gona use that as last resort, checked simcard in another phone nothing there
when i go into itunes to try the sync contacts it wont let me tick that box, its under the info tab in itunes then right at the bottom under advanced and nothign in advance will let me tick it, any ideas why ?

i have managed to get the contacts or most of them onto my pc from my old nokia 6500c threw nokia pc suite, is there a way anyone knows of to get the contacts onto my iphone from this nokia pc suite back up ?

i installed iphone web browser ,dragged the csv file of the contacts i backedup with nokia pc suite but it doesnt seem to do anything then and i cant seem to find anything to press to transfer onto ipphone

does anyone no where the contacts folder is in your iphone, im using iphonebroswer and can go into different folders in the iphone but ant got a clue where the contacts folder is ?
