I just did a backup in itunes and when i connected my new 3g phone it installed all the old items to my new phone

use iphone browser for that
if its for ones that itunes normally deletes during normal sync
if its for ones that itunes normally deletes during normal sync
1) You need to be jailbroken
2) You need to have certain packages installed from Cydia
You can't just load them, loads of How to's kicking around.
Loaded apps, but Save game data in games did not
