iPhone iphone experts advice please?

hi,my contract runs out on monday so im gonna get the 3gS, my wife is going to take my 3g, 02 say she can put her sim straight into the phone and it'll work ok.
the problem i have is with itunes, can you sync 2 iphones with itunes?
i only have 1 laptop in the house.
how can i transfer all my apps to my new phone and give my wife a fresh blank phone?

Yes m8 it's not a problem just make sure you give the iphones different names as iTunes will keep them separate by name
