New Jailbreak?

has anyone tried this jailbreak ? or is it one of the scams?

Jailbreak iOS 7.1.2 Untethered for iPhone 5s/5c/5/4s/4, iPad mini 5/4/3/2/mini, and iPod Touch 5/4/3

i have been told by somone i trust this one works. Pangu Jailbreak Tool(Pangu.io)

ill let you know when i have finnished it.

The pangu one works, I did mine using that, downloaded from link over on sinfuliphone forums.

Ye it does all going now cheers

All you need is Pangu. Everything else for 7.1.x is a fake

Pangu worked superrbly easy and no issues.
also unlocked the networks so well happy

Not sure what you mean by is SIM unlocked but the network is unlocked as I though it was the tethering on the phone not the sim.

Long and short of it is Phone was locked to EE and I put my sons O2 Sim in and it all worked fine so saved going to EE for teh unlocking and £20 quid (and 6 months hassle so far trying to get them to do it).

That's what I meant, cheers. I wondered if it had unlocked your phone to any networks phone. Are you sure the jailbreak did this as I have never known this begin done before.

Cool. All new to me, I have jail broken every iPhone I've had but not so good on terminology and technical side.

Has to be because of jailbreak as I used a phone unlocking and they said EE wanted £99 quid. EE direct wanted £20 but 4 attempts to register and they have not done.

But 02 sim definitely come up with network and said cellular network was O2.

No idea then if this is not usually built into jailbreak.

tried pangu and the 7 jailbreak one. no joy. im on ios 7.1.2 no joy. am i missing something? pangu does nothing when i run it.

Make sure you have done the below before attempting to run pangu, you should be prompted by the pangu app on what to do if i remember correctly.


-Remove Passcode before Jailbreaking
-change your devices date/time settings to 2nd June 2014 (or before)
-Backup your phone!
-For full root access (JAiled) you need to install this Apple File Conduit afc2 from Saurik iOS 7.x.x - SiNfuL iPhone

installwhere? when i download that file a windows box is asking what program i want to install with.

i thought this was a simple web based process. i only want to see what the fuss is all about. im not a hacker, i was only want to see the free media streaming that u can use when u jailbreak a device. not much else.

job done, just a wee quick question. ive just clicked cydia, when thats done do i reset the date? also what or where do i get the free movies n tv. i believe its like showbox?

Search for movie box fellar and you could also install xbmc on it

Also for free apps install appcake and app sync
