A six-year-old girl is recovering well in hospital after being brutally mauled by two Rottweilers, her father has said.

Sophia Kimpton was left screaming, caked in blood and seconds from death on the doorstep of her holiday home on Tuesday.
Her parents fought to save her from the attack and her father attempted to kick the crazed dogs off her before they were shot by the farmer whose land they were on.
Her mother, Natasha Beckett, said the dogs "were just attached to her head - they were just shaking her around like a rag doll".
After the attack, the little girl kept repeating "I thought I was dying". And she told her parents: "Thank you for saving me."
The girl suffered 17 horrendous injuries to her head, back and arms when she was set upon at a family holiday home near Ballymoney, County Antrim.
She underwent plastic surgery in a Belfast hospital and her father, Lawrence Beckett, said she had suffered a terrible experience.
"She has come through a hell of an ordeal but she has had a better night's sleep and she has been great," he said.
"We are at our wits' end, I have hardly seen her yesterday."
Mrs Beckett added that her daughter would have been killed if the attack had lasted any longer.
The family had been staying at a holiday chalet near Dervock, outside Ballymoney and Mrs Beckett has said she expressed concerns about the dogs to the farmer shortly after they arrived on Saturday.
Animal welfare group the USPCA has warned of the dangers of keeping large dogs and the Northern Ireland Tourist Board has expressed concern.
