Hi,

My S4 did an updated over the weekend. Think it was a Samsung update rather than an Android update. Since the update, after I receive a call, the phone just reboots. Seems to happen 50% of the time after a call.

On stock version and never been rooted. On 4.4.2 with EE and they dont have any further Android updates as of yet.
Searched around but not found any solutions so far. Anyone else experienced this? Any way to roll back the changes?

Thanks

Anyone using a custom ROM for the S4? If so, which ones are people using? Thanks

Have you tried a reset? Not had Samsung for a while but have you looked over on xda?

I tried the soft reset but did not work. Didnt want to do the hard reset just yet as it would loose all the settings and apps.
I've checked XDA and there are loads of roms to choose from. Thought I'd get recommendations from here as XDA users be less forgiving.

I would do the hard reset myself or if you have a back up.some of tnem roms if you dont know what your doing can really mess up your network.

You need to bite the bullet and do a hard reset...wipe everything and start again do not reinstall any backups as you may put the problem back..if no joy then contact Samsung as it may be a hardware fault caused by new update...
As mentioned you will be much better off searching your device on XDA and see if any other users are having the same issues.
