hi - guys, any of you good at unlocking bootloaders, rooting phones, adding roms and using something called superCID with htc phones ? and live around the birmingham area ?..reason i ask is i have a htc one x smart phone, its brand new, locked to range, ive tried to unlock it with codes ive purchased from the bay but seems like the codes dont work, i bought codes from several different sellers, unlock code was the same everytime but never worked. only orange can unlock the phone for me which i didnt mind paying but they say you have to be on the network with them for 6 months minimum before they can unlock it for you...trouble is i dont want to wait that long..lol, been told that rooting and using something called superCID will unlock the phone but way to techy for and i may brick the phone..so anyone around brum can help me out ill be greatful, phone is for the missus....cheers
