sammy s3 no caller id options

i recently upgraded m8 phone to an s3
i am trying to set a caller id for the gf, i have watched the vids and read the info on how to but here is the problem when i click on the caller in contacts i get no option to set caller id only to call message or vid them anyone have an idea of what is wrong and how to sort
p.s i have even tried to go though edit but get no option there either
any advice would be great thanks

do you mean a picture? if so I found I couldn't do it with mine due to only showing sim contacts, I had to transfer to phone first

might be the same but it was a ring tone so i'll see if i can find out how to move to phone and see what happens
