HELP FOR ANDROID TABLET PC USERS.

Recently all tablet pc users have started getting “Download unsuccessful” errors on all makes of Android tablets when trying upgrade or download an app using Google Play Store.

This seems to be a common error for the entire line of Android devices.

Luckily, the fix is easy.

Download unsuccessful errors,

If you’re experiencing this problem, give these steps a try.

1. Open Settings.

2. Select Applications (apps, left side of screen)

3. Tap the All tab, then scroll down and select Google Services Framework. (all tab is on the right of the screen)

4. Select Clear cache & then Clear data. (tap ok button if asked)

5. Now hold power button for 4 seconds & tap ok to shut down.

6. Power on again & open Google Play Store.

All should now work if not keep reading..

Play store accounts errors,

New google play store accounts are taking 24 hours to become active.

So you might have to wait.

Location or regional errors,

If you get any "location or regional errors" you just need to turn on google's location service

This can be found in the setting menu under Location service (left side of screen in the setting menu)

Freeze screen error,

This can happen when apps conflict, You can press the power button for 4-8 seconds to reset the tablet pc.

Then we recommend you use a free app called "app killer" this will stop all running background apps. which will then stop any conflicts.

Hope this has helped you. :)
