Minor rant here, but I've just put EOS's 4.2.1 JB on my Xoom tablet after upgrading it today

It's bloody awful, I hate the damn setting button in the center and the layout and design sucks unreservedly, it looks like it's taken a step backwards.....

Even the clock is uninspiring and I can't for the life of me remove the stupid Google search bar at the top...

Back to ICS I think....

Anyone else tried the latest JB on their tablet?

Same one I'm using, I was on EOS 3 and kept updating the nightlies, got to about 156 and just though it looked horrific when they changed the interface.

Did a reflash tonight after it went a bit pear shaped using EOS 4, and it just looks so.....dated....i mean it looks less slick than 3, quite a few bits i don't like about it, including the notification bar now being at the top of the screen.

buttery smooth on my N7, with its form factor the centre app drawer button is ideal.
you could always install a different launcher and customise the layout.

I like it other than the Google bar at the top.
Waiting on the keyboard issues to be hopefully fixed soon.

Anybody know what the smallest size micro-sd card can be used when flashing roms?

Good to know as I only have a 2gb card on me now.
I was worried that the rom might be small in size but with expansion, recovery, and gapps I might be pushing it.

Im sure that one of the versions of recovery has been optimised for internal memory instead of sd card so you can flash from internal now. (cant remember which one though so you would need to have a look elsewhere to find out
