load iso without UMD

Evenin all,

Thankfully I've managed to get myself another 2.0 psp which i have sucessfully downgraded to 1.5.

now I am tryin to an iso onto it using fastloader but its asking me for a UMD, are there any loaders out there which i can use wihtout having a UMD???

Any advise would be appreciated.

i thought all games need an UMD in the back to load

not with dev hook

however only some games work with this not everything

what game you trying load mate

i'm trying to load GTA, with no luck so far, i found an mph game loader which apperntly shud work but i can't get passed this bit from the readme file:-

Execute then DecryptPRX, it will create in PRX2_0_0 folder somes files with dcr extensions, remove all the prx files and replace with the dcr files created (remove the .dcr extension) (to replace the crypted prx by the deciphered prx).

Then, recreate the iso with all the files which you had extracted AND PRX2_0_0 folder containing the deciphered prx.

Now you have iso on the good format

I have also found this pic based tut @ http://kernal32.com/content/view/17/41/
but cannot seem to find a 2.0 dump, so cannot continue with the process.

Will try and luk for the Devhook ur on about & hopefully that works!

its better just to download the iso all ready done, but if one the admins says i can u/l the flash i will.

2 be honest, I do not have a clue, there's too many emulators and loaders & methods and now i'm just confused, some help wud be gr8, the instructions i'm getting everywher are kinda impossible 2 understand.

The ISO you have may already be in the correct format, with the PRXs replaced.

I have attatched Devhook evolved ultimate here.

I would go with Devhook original, or devhook ultimate. This will allow you to boot all isos without a UMD.
