I'm looking for a new 3 piece sofa

DFS seems to have a better range then Land of Leather

has anyone got anything good or bad to say about these 2 shops?

bought a 3 and a 2 recliner from LOA in August was told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery did not get until 15 december customer service is shit they do not want to know I tried to cancel but would have lost deposit their contract is very tight READ IT !!!! before signing but the suite is very nice.

I think DFS is similar but their sale never ends PMSL

We had a suite from DFS ordered it at start of October with guaranteed delivery for Christmas , we took delivery mid November. There was a couple of small faults which we phoned up about and they arranged for someone to call at our convenience.

The instore service was also pretty good, loads of info very helful. As alroad says the sale never ends just different deals. Overall the Mrs and I are well pleased.

We got a 3 + 2 from DFS and the wife took out a 5 year guarantee for full cover,one of the slats broke (tip when baby sitting dont let the kids jump on the sofa) and it's not covered,what a Surprise.

and my m8 got one very similar for about half the price from LOL

I got a white leather corner suite from Kingdom of Leather (white...you can tell I don't have kids....lol) at a good deal. By laughing at the sales assistant and telling them to sharpen their pencil, got me about £200 off. And got the leather cleaning stuff thrown in.
