Best to backup the existing one like this:

    1. Rename the existing ucode.bin to ucode_old.bin
    2. Upload 0014.bin (leave the name unchanged)
    3. NOW rename 0014.bin to ucode.bin
    4. Reboot the box using UP and STANDBY buttons.

(Dont shutdown the box properly, this wont work. Either pull the plug straight out or reset it using the up and standby buttons).
