Hmm.
I've had enough to do with Sky this week.
I rang up to book an offer open to staff for retailers of Sky (£49 Sky+ box with half price subscription for one year). I got through several people and got bounced around so after spending a total of around 45 mins on hold, I was already pretty agitated. I then get some dopey woman that tried telling me no such offer existed. After 5 minutes of arguing with her, she goes to check. She comes back and all of a sudden she's the expert on the offer. She says I can't do it because I'm an existing customer and had free equipment off them in the past and that what I was trying to do is illegal even though the offer was open to existing customers. The annoying thing is I was on the night of the dealine and I had someone earlier that was going to process it but we got cut off.
Sky are a bunch of t**ts. My boss is a Sky engineer and needs a new hard drive for his Sky + box. Sky won't send him a new hard drive and he has to pay £65 just to get an engineer out to tell him the same thing.
