My box is picking up transponders but no channels.....any ideas. Also how long is it supposed to take to pick up channels?? I canceled it because it was tkaing AGES and not finding channels!!!

The scan will first of all find transponders.
Once it has found all the transponders available, it will then scan for channels.

Be aware that the scan process can take upto 40 minutes.
If you cancel it half way then it might not get to the channel search bit.
