could any one tell me where to cut the talkback on an explorer 4000dvb tele box please?

you need to cut pins 14 and 15 of u4, which is in a silver box in the top right hand corner of the pcb.

they are the top 2 pins at the top of the chip.

or you can solder a wire from the left hand side of resistor r73 to ground
