I was on the tutorial all lastnight and this morning from davidh, this was very informative. My Q. is I followed it, but there seems to be a problem after trying the funcards (4) in the N*L box Pace. I got into the engineer mode & on page 7 it shows the info on the card, but I when I tried it it said that it was not married to the BOX (or something like that), everything else seems to be OK. I got the BK & IRD from the funcard, but couldn't get it from the box as there is only 2 x scart, rj-45, USB but no serial, I tried to get an adapter from Maplins, but they said they never heard of it. Anyway this is getting long. Can someone help me out PLEASE. Satellite programming is a breeze MR,MRV,MTR,Dragon etc, Titcard etc but i am finding it very confusing here. 1 other small thing, It seems to me that the BK must come from the box not the FUNCARD ?

Sounds like you have a 4000 and need a scart to serial adapter found here:

was the card working with the box befor?

if you have got the ird and bk from you card then you need to look and see that you have entered the detail the right way???
not married to the BOX?
you would get this error if you ird and bk info is not right
