I was going to send this to their technical help e-mail but when I go to their web page there is no technical help what so ever so I am putting it here just to see if anybody is having the same problem
trying to run this very good Diablo type online game and it's free to download and you don't pay any money to play it

Please can anybody help me I'm trying to set up your free online game
I have downloaded the client software 95 C. and then did all the updates

And when I go to start the EXE the game crashes before it even starts

First I get a box come up saying that Windows 2000 has created an error
and will now shut down this programme

And then another box comes up from car quite remember what it said
but it was something to do with Dr Watson has created an error
I don't quite understand what Dr Watson's or what is for but that is two times errors
when I tried to start MU online

So in the end I went round to my friend's house who downloaded the same files
from your web site and he did all the updates and it works perfectly on his system
and when I was there he installed MU online on his wife's PC and I sat there watching it updating
and it works perfectly on both their machines. He only thing that is different is they are using Windows XP

So high downloaded this client onto a portable hard drive brought it home installed it onto my system
and all I get once the updates has finished it just crashes every time I try to start the game

I have been on your technical forum page that there seems to be very little help with the problem that I've got
and it looks like I am not the only one with this problem

Sorry about putting such a long post about this game it really doesn't matter if nobody can give me an answer to the problem the only reason why I put this up is because there is no technical help for this game or e-mail address to centred on grounds they don't care about some of the people that cannot play this game because of the problems it has got

You never said if you have any probs with other games, but I am guessing not.
Dr Watson just makes a log you can send to Microsoft for debugging etc(I think).

I am guessing part of the graphics card drivers are not compatible with direct x.
I know you can use unsigned drivers in the settings somewhere, which you already maybe have done.
Unless you can get updated drivers for 2000 to try out? I dont know what else you can try.
Apart from installing xp lol
