annoying popups

hi guys got a htc desire s..i keep getting mobirewards.org popping up this morning and being directed to their site about being 1000th visitor....so bloody annoying and i have to go to home page...where is it..how do i get rid of it....last resort is a factory reset, but dont want to do that..ta

never seen it before myself, but quick Google mentions SCAM, did read try installing addon detector from play store and see if it's been installed along side something else

Mobrewards Scam Targeting iOS and Android Users | TechFruit seems it's not app related but browser, bottom of page says close browser, clear cache, cookies etc
