cough, err. I count a good few Gyppos as my friends. indeed this connection probably saved my life. but, undoubtedly saved me serious injury.

that said, i totally agree with both, the comments, and the sentiment of this thread.

its a conversation we've had time and time again.
for some reason, they all think they have the right to do this.
and, as with all crooks, they know their rights.
yet seem happy to trample on the rights of others.

they are also good at "screwing" the disability system. (a trick i wish they would teach me. we struggle constantly to manage with our, own, disabled daughter)

What really annoys me is that (here in Ireland anyway) a lot of them arent screwing the system: they get the absolute maximum amount of "entitlements" that anyone can, and they have plenty of "advocacy groups" to tell them how to do it, and how the rest of us ordinary, tax paying people are racist for complaining about them. Wouldnt be suprised if there is a lot of creative claiming going on as well, though.

Here in England you only have to walk through the benefit office door and they give scroungers exactly what they want. Not that I know about this matter but I have heard?. I know this link is old news but people are still using the same bullshit to get all there benefits.
