Free Allowance

Each month, on the same day you activate your SIM card for our service, your free allowance automatically re-sets. We provide a number of ways (such as our account portal here on our website and an SMS Balance Enquiry) that allow you to track your usage.

Pricing

How does the Advertising Work?

You will see our Featured Adverts whenever you access the Internet from the Mobile Browser on your phone. Advert Pages will be displayed every 2MB of Data being transferred by your phone, or every 15 minutes (whichever happens first). We’ve also made it easy for you to Skip our adverts if not relevant.

Rest assured, privacy of our customers and our service is paramount. We do NOT sell your information to 3rd Parties.

What next?

Once you have purchased your SIM, we will send you an e-mail containing your order reference number and helpful hints, such as how to activate your SIM card when it arrives. If you do not receive this e-mail, please check your SPAM folder in case it was intercepted. If it isn’t there, please contact sales@ovivomobile.com with your full name and address.
