My tm800hd is only 6 months old it is clear and free of obstructions yet all of a sudden it has become very noisy you can here the fan inside whats causing this surely not over heating as i switch it off when in bed or at work, advise pleaase

Take the lid off mate and see if anything has worked loose, check to see if its clear from dust build up too

Cheap Fan = Poor Bearings probably..

if it's failed or noisy fan bearings you might be able to get away with a drop of oil into the bearing to re-lubricate it..Ultimatey though this is only a short term fix if the bearigns have become noisy..they will eventually fail...Fan needs to br replaced. Failed bearings was common on the DM800HD PRO clones due to cheap fans with poor bearings.

If your box is only 6 months old, get TM to fix it under warranty.

had the same problem it will be dust . take the top off and you ll be able to take the dust build up out that gets spun between the fan

Can buy a replacement fan of the same size from ebay, nothing special about them. The cheapo ones will be louder. Just meausre it to get the right size as I forgot of the top of my head. That reminds me I need to do the same as iv just disconnected mine for now.
