which is the best most stable image for the tm 800hd using a motor, I am not interested in streaming or recording just looking for a stable basic image

From my experience owning a TM800 there is no real stable image, at some point you will need to re flash because of some malfunction or another

you could put a iQ image on with no frills or you could put a modified DW image on that has some extras like EPG, DD Ppanel etc, you can find them in a sticky in this section

cheers I think I will leave the tm800 alone and go for a vu solo clone instead, I have got duo clone and its been ok for the 8months running vix

While we're on the subject. I have to get some TM800s ready for the new 'season' and we've decided to stop fcuking about with foreign channels and stick them on sky roi so what would be the least unreliable (I think that's a fair way of putting it) image that can download the epg without going tits up.

We plan to have the BISS channels on 10E too, but this year I really need to cut out unnecessary luxuries like > 3 satellites to give it a chance of working lol

I don't need it to lookup imdb or play chess or show chaturbate, just watch tv without green screening..

PS. This year I'll be adding some USB sticks for the EPG as none of them were trusted with HDDs...
(ok, 1 was, but it served only to stabilise the box on the shelf rather than to record anything)

which channels on 10 e are you talking about pltv?

pltv, ctv and mutv are all there are open (at present)
