i havent got a clue to be honest mate, all i know is i now get 60mb, on my account it says xl broadband but couldnt find anything to actually say what that was, lol!

i'm confused i have rebooted my modem twice since firmware came out and im still on r30, my line speed is 60mb so i dont understand why, and there is no point ringing virgin as there a waste of space.

on the support forum there is a lot of confusion on when and how the R36 is being rolled out... some say it was being rolled out all at once and some say it being rolled out on a day by day basis......

apparently some hubs arnt automaticly updating them selves and virmin are looking into this this week.

so the might have to force the R36 to this hubs them selves...

mine hasent updated yet either so we are just going to have to play the waiting game im affraid

I don't know what mines done or is going to do but at the moment I've had a few weeks of pain free usage from it so I'll leave well alone lol

Im sure VM have always rolled out updates in stages for different areas in the past. So guessing if you havent got it yet you will get it soon.

My BU##er updated and keeps locking me out of 192.168.0.1 I am experimenting with the wifi as our moblie phones (san francisco and Monte carlo lose connection in the next room I am trying 2.4ghz 300mbps channel 7+11 at the moment which seams to be the best when it was on R30 we had no problems my RSSI is about -37 is that good ? on 56mbps channel 11 i was getting RSSI of -67 I dont think the new firmware is better!!!

Mine's has updated today, on 60mb. No problems yet but still very early days.
