Hi guys,

so all was working fine, quick toilet visit, come back in front room & TV showing "No Signal" & no lights on the DM display.
Tried unpluging from wall, leave few mins then power back on. The light on the psu is slowly flashing green & nothing happening at the dm. I have usb cooler fan attached to dm & that is not working either.
Unplug psu from DM & the light on psu stays constant green.....

Whats happened? has my DM given up on me......

Am going to dig out my old 500s & test with the psu whilst i await your guys help......

FYI.....

Just tried the psu with a 500s & same problem, with it plugged into 500s the green led (psu) slowly flashing. unplug from 500s & led is constant green...

Has the psu blown?

sounds more like psu problem yes you can try the dm 500s psu in the dm 800 hd and c

I know its a 12v psu. Just out of curiosity, what amperage are they?

think 800 is 3amp and 500 is 1.5 but with still work to test it

FYI.........

new PSU arrived this morning & after a couple of reboots all is working again. When I first powered on it came up with no tuner? did a reboot & powered up ok but no picture, did another reboot & all is fine?

I got the psu from the bay & it stated replacement psu for dm500, 800 etc
it is 12v @ 2A though....... (thought it should be 3A)
