does anyone know the were i can find the lastest firmware for the skybox f3 and a guide on how to reflash it

1. Unrar the file
2. copy the file to root of usb stick (not in folder)
3. Put usb stick in F3
4. Using remote press menu
5. Select settings
6. Select upgrade by usb
7. You should see the file on usb stick
8. Upgrade

The F3 is a good box especially forthe price youare paying for it.
