i was nearly about to take the insurance out i was told that no paperwork is sent out by post i need to print it. my question is what happens when you want to go and get the road tax as they want se the original doc this first i heard off it

order your tax online then you dont have to have any documents at all, its all logged on the goverments own site.

Just print the docs out mate or use a laser printer and they'd never know anyway lol :p thats what I do

print it, they take them ok, my past 2 times taxing has been at the post office with a print off.

lots of insurance companies do this this now, as other poster said just get road tax online, insurance and mot (if car has one) are all online and it takes but a moment to check when you go through the online purchase.

as the old bill have the same system if you are in the unfortunate state they stop you then you will not get a producer as in the old days as they can see you have valid insurance, mot road tax etc
