how can i improve signal strength ?
My whole family are on Tesco sims but when were upstairs in our home the signal will drop out on all the phones and there all different makes so its not the phones thats at fault.
Now it might sound petty but we need to improve the signal as we have teenage kids and we need to send / receive text incase they want to get hold of me or the missus.
Tesco use o2 so is there anyway we can all improve the signal in the house ? , its no joke in bed late on then a text come's through and the mobiles downstairs .

Re: how can i improve signal strength ?
it's funny you mention this mate, I'm just looking at a vodafone sure signal my self as my signal is horrendous, was just about to buy one, I think there specific to the network provider, as I think with the vodafone ones that you have to register it against your mobile number and then attach it to your network..I'll not hijack your thread mate but interesting to post.

Re: how can i improve signal strength ?
m8 i have just dumped o2 there signal in my house was $hit as well i even rung them and they said my area had 100% coverage which i told them was $hit, i have moved over to vodafone and signal is 100% anywhere is house never miss a call or calls drop off like they did with o2, trust me its worth the move.

^^ This.
Ask a mate on a different network to come round and see what sort of signal you get in your blind spot. This should tell you which network to go for, but it might be that the area where you are trying to use the phones, naturally blocks RF signals due to other reasons like trees etc.
Anyway hope you get it sorted !
