Can you give me a link to the download and many thanks for the info guys it has helped so much I am goin to do the rest of the install tomorrow so will let you know how it goes I will also be adding a 2tb harddrive to the rgh console is there any other ways other than adding fans to keep the console cool and can you put any other chip installs that do other stuff along with the coolrunner install ??

Please don't take this the wrong way......Do one thing at a time, don't get ahead of yourself. If you are stage 2, don't start posting about stage 4. You'll then end up all over the place, get annoyed and make a silly mistake that ends up costing you.
